The Instituto Tramontana Product Management Program admitted a maximum of 14 people per edition, lasted 6 months, and met weekly in person.
The program no longer runs in its original format — the institute has left its physical headquarters and started a new chapter. My last edition ended in April 2026. It combined a practical approach, deeply focused on how the craft is practiced, with the development of models and conjectures — drawing on materials from different disciplines, mainly social sciences, as a way to elevate the practice of digital product development itself.
